Dear ASHwell community,
Per Austin Public Health (APH) and Mayor Adler, we are enacting a 14 day elevated safety protocol to decrease the spread of COVID-19. The clinic will only be accepting appointments from existing clients at this time.
This will be in place for the next 14 days and reevaluated after that time, according to the recommendations of the APH office and/or Mayor Adler’s office.
Case Management:
Beginning at 1pm today, we will no longer conduct person-to-person visits. We are accepting calls, so for Case Management concerns please call 512-467-0088.
Clinic
The clinic will only be accepting appointments from existing clients at this time.
When appropriate, we will be reaching out to patients to schedule telemedicine appointments.
When arriving for your scheduled visit, please do not bring any guests.
We will be happy to answer any other questions and/or concerns regarding your healthcare at ASHWell.
